Before this app, I could never stick to an exercise routine. Now, I do this body weight training every other day and run the days in between. I used to struggle with giving up when the workout got hard, but with this method I can push through since each move only lasts 30 seconds. The music and voice are extremely helpful! They keep me motivated and help the time pass. And it works!! Im getting better at the exercises and seeing changes in how my body looks and handles day to day activities. HIGHLY recommend.

Some bad moments
So many bugs in this latest version. When you skip or go back to exercises the countdown clocks get messed up big time. I hope they fix this soon
I love it. The combination of music, friendly encouragement and 8-bit animation just brings a smile to my face.

Im a busy bloke, and own quite a few 7 minute workout apps. This is hands down the best. It will kick your arse and make you laugh. I also dig the superior supreme pixelosity of the work out showandteller too.
This is a great app; its a no-excuse type workout and really works. The interface is just right; simple and straightforward.
My major complaint is that the calendar/log seems a bit buggy, theres no documentation on why certain days are blocked out, etc. It would be nice if the logging were fully fleshed out and there was a tutorial about how youre expected to schedule workouts around the plan underlying the routine.
Simple graphics, yet powerful tools. The voice of Matt is cool and inspiring! Couldnt even finish the first couple of days, now Im pushing myself beyond!
